Choosing the right location for your stay can be stressful! Let us help you find your perfect spot. Potable water is available for all campers and a dump station. Please adhere to quiet hours, after 10:00 pm for running generators. Check in at the office next to the Wild Coyote Saloon. Check out 11:00am and check in 1:00pm. Arriving early? Call ahead for verification.

There’s no better place than Prospect Creek Campground to make your home base as you start your Montana adventure! with National Parks like Yellowstone and Glacier just a couple of hours drive you’re guaranteed to have a great time exploring the wild side of Montana.

Glacier National Park

Glacier National Park is a 1,583-sq.-mi. wilderness area in Montana's Rocky Mountains, with glacier-carved peaks and valleys running to the Canadian border. It's crossed by the mountainous Going-to-the-Sun Road. Among more than 700 miles of hiking trails, it has a route to photogenic Hidden Lake. Other activities include backpacking, cycling and camping. Diverse wildlife ranges from mountain goats to grizzly bears.

3,500-sq.-mile wilderness recreation

area atop a volcanic hot spot. Mostly

in Wyoming, the park spreads into

parts of Montana and Idaho too. Yellowstone features dramatic canyons, alpine rivers, lush forests, hot springs and gushing geysers, including its most famous, Old Faithful. It's also home to hundreds of animal species, including bears, wolves, bison, elk and antelope.
